366 Golf ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile application that lets golfers log rounds, track scoring statistics, and share progress with friends. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using 366 Golf you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up we receive your name and email address from our authentication provider, Clerk. If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive only the name and email those providers share with us.
- User content. The rounds, scores, courses, and notes you record in the app, plus your friend connections.
- Identifiers. The Clerk user id we use to associate your data with your account, and a session token stored securely on your device.
- Diagnostic logs. Server logs that record request method, path, status code, and a request id so we can debug issues. These logs do not include the body of your requests.
How we use your information
- To create and authenticate your account.
- To save your rounds and show your stats and history back to you.
- To let you find friends and share rounds with people you connect with.
- To diagnose crashes and keep the service running reliably.
Information we do not collect
- We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or health data.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across apps.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app: Clerk (authentication) and our hosting and database provider. Other users of the app can see your display name and the rounds you choose to share with them as friends.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and round history until you ask us to delete it. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the in-app Profile screen — the action is irreversible and removes your rounds, friend connections, and login immediately. You can also email 366@madsquirrels.com from the address tied to your account; emailed requests are completed within 30 days.
Children
366 Golf is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
