How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the Profile tab, and tap Delete account. The action is irreversible and immediately removes your rounds, friend connections, and login. If you can't sign in, email 366@madsquirrels.com from the address tied to your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
Where is my data stored?
Your rounds, stats, and friend connections live in our hosted Postgres database. Authentication is handled by Clerk. We do not use third-party ad or analytics SDKs. Full details are in our privacy policy.
How do I request a feature?
Email 366@madsquirrels.com
with the subject line Feature request and a sentence
or two on what you'd like and why. We keep a running list and
ship the ones that come up most often.
How do I report a bug?
Email 366@madsquirrels.com
with Bug report in the subject. Include your iPhone
model, iOS version, app version (shown at the bottom of the
Profile tab), and the steps that triggered the problem. A
screenshot or short screen recording helps a lot.
I forgot my password / can't sign in.
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email. If you originally signed up with Sign in with Apple or Google, use that same provider to sign back in — there's no password to reset.
